- 🔬 New research shows that anaemia in early pregnancy may raise the risk of congenital heart disease in babies 👶🫀. The study found a 47% higher risk when anaemia was present in the first 100 days of pregnancy. Researchers are now looking into whether iron supplements could help prevent this.
