If they're questioning you, they're planning to charge you with something. Don't help them. ALWAYS shut up and demand a lawyer. ALWAYS.

- Reposted by FyrDrakkenI know lawyering up and shutting up is scary. Believe me. I do. But you CANNOT talk your way out of an arrest or detention. You CAN talk your way into charges, arrest, or detention. And you'd be amazed how often the response to lawyering up is just letting you go.
