Leave it to fog people to always make everything fog related. If fog people could rule themselves, let them light their houses with wood we get free from the fog lands because of our millionaire militia expeditions. Simple economics.

Thing is, the fog people sit on all the resources the blueskys (no pun intended) need. So, the millionaire militia ruling class needs convince them that it is in their best interest to be ruled and transfer it.
