Blame feels easy.
But it destroys careers and teams.
When people fear being singled out, they stop:
- Innovating
- Taking risks
- Asking hard questions
Instead, they avoid. They go small. They coast.
They play it safe.
If you want to grow, stop looking for who is at fault.
Start asking:
- What did we learn?
- What could I do differently?
- How do we solve this as a team?
- How do we prevent this next time?
Accountability empowers. Blame isolates.
Have you seen blame culture in action? How about the opposite?
