An armed conflict between India and Pakistan would be catastrophic for the world and must be avoided at all costs. The United States and our allies should be doing everything we can to stop another escalation and pursue all possible diplomatic avenues to resolve this peacefully.

I'm sorry Congresswoman Omar, but there is already an ongoing armed conflict between the two countries, has been for generations. What needs to be avoided is an escalation of that conflict. What previous administrations have not done is work harder to resolve the Kashmir Conflict diplomatically.
