- Trying to plan my next workout... Pull day? Nope. Elbow pain. Push day? Nope. Shoulder pain. Leg day? Nope. Knee pain. And so, we instead do the responsible thing and take the next week to get these joints in order! Not a week off exactly, but focusing on stretching and recovery.
