- Well, hopefully if they were on a proper salary (say, £100k) they wouldn’t need to work themselves into injury the way many do now. I certainly wouldn’t expect more than 200 pages a year from anyone, maybe less.
- With a billion quid, I’d start a comic book publisher that would be a pure folly; pay everyone including all the creators a monthly salary. Proper steady work for everyone involved. Budget a million per title, including print and distribution? For a line of ten books, that’s a hundred years
