I’m 90 % with you here. My only caveat re: replacing CEOs w/automation is that computers cannot be held accountable for bad choices, so no computer should make management decisions. I would favor caps and restrictions on CEO compensation packages.

Maybe I’d let it make recommendations — but the actual decision should still require a human to make the choice.
