- The only thing we are selling our children is inspiration. PBS has been the kind teacher that comes home with students when the day is done. A teacher who has no ulterior motive other than the wellbeing and education of the children who need it most. The history of PBS is rich and deep.

- Some shelters may offer volunteer time to those who can come help! There was a travel nurse project that would give a traveler an animal to basically walk and sleep during their breaks. It increased the mood of the shelter dog to get out and have a temporary person and the nurse caring!

- People think I'm a goofball when I hold my toe-shoe feet up towards the glass. Then they REALLY freak when the bonobos are super into my weird shoes! Their language is incredible-- the few I've been lucky to meet have extensive vocabulary with their workers too. Gosh thanks for the feed cleanse!
