- Yup! Open Cyd, go to Local Database, choose “Save HTML tweets, DMs, and/or bookmarks”, and in the archive options just choose saving the HTML. It should skip the tweets you have already saved.

- A new version of Cyd is out today! Upgrade now. The biggest thing is change is your local Cyd archive now includes images, videos, replies, and quote tweets. Re-import your X archive into Cyd to get all of this stuff -- you'll want it you want to eventually migrate your tweets into Bluesky

- At the moment Cyd requires a head. It uses an embedded web browser to login to X, and it works by clicking around/injecting JS into this browser. You could install a desktop env on your Linux server and VNC into it though
