They're telling us to do something because the media is just not even covering the protests. I mean I guess they have a point that we have some level of responsibility to protest even harder so they media has to cover it, but frankly the coverage isn't going to happen until there's actual violence.

I probably should have said "the news" doesn't cover it, because yeah maddow seems to understand what's important but that's an editorial tv show on cable. But good point that some people with a platform are trying to shine light on it
