- Take CFPB data - which includes investigation files on all major companies that includes subpoenaed info like trade secrets, internal comms. Stuff that can move markets, damage reputations. Now the richest man in the world technically has access to that. No CEOs have stood up or protested. Wild.
- So image a company keeps your banking records, then you decide to travel to a destination where a protest takes place. Without any evidence of your involvement, that information is provided to the gov’t. Your are arrested without any evidence of wrongdoing, just info on a credit card. Biden’s USA.
