- Economic sentiment was extremely high during Trump 1, then covid came around and everyone got covid checks and unemployment income. Biden fixed the economy but most Americans only noticed the inflation. Trump promised to "make everyone rich again" Harris promised more Biden. So the charlatan won.
- This graph tells pretty much the entire story. Inflation killed Biden's re-election chances and by extension Harris's. The good news is Trump has already euthanized the US economy. The bad news is we have to live through the pain.
- Inflation had nothing to do why Harris loss. If you listen to those who vote for Trump now that is very clear. The election was about culture and race. Period

It is my opinion that Harris and Biden's slow walking the border issue made a lot of people angry, including many Democrats. It's not a race issue for them, it's a competency issue - they feared losing over this issue. And it happened!

And also what we are seeing now is less about immigration and more about removing poc from the country. So you kinda making my point.

As for your other claim, the Democrats introduced an immigration bill in 2024, *years* after the border became a bipartisan concern. It was a political ploy to deflect from their failures. It didn't work.
- Go back and look at my first statement. And no the Dems presented Trump with a bill in his first term. Then Trump reneged l. You are showing your who are comrad. thehill.com/homenews/adm...
