- I know subjective rankings aren’t good to engage with… but having KC this far over TX BBQ when they’re so similar is driving me crazy. I’ve never been underwhelmed like I was when I had KC BBQ for the first (and second and third) time.
- Like just say you don’t like BBQ, you like BBQ sauce. And that’s fine! But it is different.
- It took seeing this 15+ times to get past the misspelling to see Matt Yglesias’ name included, which makes me think the misspelling was a smart strategic move. Also, an obligatory reminder to DC people, Matt Yglesias doesn’t wash his hands.
