- Workshop proposals due in 5 days -- April 14! Details here: colmweb.org/cfw.html
- Recovering from submitting to COLM? Now is the time to prepare your workshop proposal! Due April 14. Workshops will take place Oct 10 colmweb.org/cfw.html
- Unfortunately, there was an error in a recent script we ran that notified some program committee members and authors that their profiles list no publications. This is a bug, and we are trying to figure it out. Don't worry about it. We know you publish tons of papers :)
- \vspace{-∞} (this is not a suggestion or endorsement)
- Reminder: the COLM full paper deadline is March 28 AoE (this is the updated deadline, please don't get confused)
- While you are preparing your full paper submission (due March 28), we bet you have some great workshop ideas! Due April 14 colmweb.org/cfw.html Get your colleagues together and propose your workshop for the FIRST round of COLM workshops
- Reminder: the abstract deadline is today (March 22) AoE "visualize a cartoonish llama rolling down a medieval gate. The gate is 1/3 down. Above the gate it says "abstract submission""... clearly there are still some open problems 🤦🤦🤦
- Just a reminder that COLM's abstract registration window is still open, and you can submit your abstract until **March 22 AoE** Full paper deadline was also extended to March 28
- A bit of a mess around the conflict of COLM with the ARR (and to lesser degree ICML) reviews release. We feel this is creating a lot of pressure and uncertainty. So, we are pushing our deadlines: Abstracts due March 22 AoE (+48hr) Full papers due March 28 AoE (+24hr) Plz RT 🙏
- We are receiving repeating questions about the double submission policy in relation to the abstract deadline. Our FAQ addresses this, and spells out what will be included in any double submission checks we do with other venues. Let us know if there are more Qs
- COLM's abstract deadline is tomorrow (March 20, AoE), with the full paper deadline on March 27. We are receiving many questions about the double submission policy. Please review our FAQ: colmweb.org/faq.html

- COLM's @juliakreutzer.bsky.social and @abosselut.bsky.social will hold two paper submission Q&A sessions. We run a simple process, but figured this can help authors, especially first-time authors. March 12: dateful.com/eventlink/14... March 13: dateful.com/eventlink/83... Plz RT 🙏
- The submission email for the workshops call is now available on the call for workshops: colmweb.org/cfw.html
- COLM submission this year will require *all* authors to have OpenReview profiles. This is following other ML venues, and is to ensure we can compute COIs properly. What should I do if I don't have a profile? Open one *NOW* -- new accounts sometimes requires an approval
- We have updated our CFP to detail our reciprocal reviewing policy. Because COLM is very young, our submission volume estimate has low confidence. We are preparing a pool of reciprocal reviewers just in case. colmweb.org/cfp.html
- COLM is looking for senior PhDs to serve as program chair assistants. This requires faculty/mentor nomination. If interested, please ask your advisor to nominate you? Have a student that you think is a great fit? Please nominate them. Thanks! forms.gle/GeEpGskcwZi8...
- We are looking for volunteers for reviewing and AC roles! Please sign up here: forms.gle/rZp67YvMn1hn...
