Based on what we've seen. It's unlikely, the Indian public and leadership have been downright genocidal with their rhetoric. Pakistan offered condolences after the attack and upon being blamed, even offered a joint investigation, these overtures failed to land and here we are.

I'm happy to believe that, when India actually furnishes any evidence? For now there's been no investigation, no suspects, no arrests. They were saying it's Pakistan the day it happened. Which was quite convenient because then people stopped asking why such a massive security lapse happened.

The group that took credit has been linked to Inter-Services Intelligence for ages , this is why everyone even western media don't really question it. It's a open "secret" that everybody know like when US sponsor groups middle east like syrian rebels .

Occam's razor my friend. It can be a mass conspiracy or more simply, the evidence isn't there. If it were, India would share it and expose Pak on the international stage like they did after the Mumbai attacks.
