waiting for my insurance to approve an extension to my therapy sucks a lot rn I know my therapist said that I can still get an app. if I really need it and I'm stuck in anxious overthinking hell since earlier today, so much so that I'm overthinking if it's bad enough to justify an appointment 🫠
