mmmm club sandwich

Club Sandwich is my "kitchen barometer". If a pub/resto/diner/eatery can make a decent Club sandwich, chances are pretty good everything else on the menu is relatively edible. Places that get weird with it, or manage to fuck it up? Huge red flag.
