Sadly, where I work, everyone else seems to have accepted it... it feels like I'm the only one resistant to AI, and this will continue until the crash happens... my situation feels like the SpongeBob episode where he protests against a highway, only the highway is AI... (dang it, I wish I can edit)
the first step is educating those around you, being the voice of reason is better than staying silent. My coworkers have started to distrust AI with the more criticism i share with them, as well as the many many downfalls it hides
