I don't know which over-confident ghost possessed me to say yes when my psychiatrist asked me if I could differentiate between mental and physical exhaustion. I have to adjust my doses as per that and I have no clue which is which 😤 #pwme

Sorry this sounds very unfair. I just crash weaned off my meds and have turned into a raging insomniac. Basically my brain is reset back to 2.5 years ago now. I don’t even understand reality anymore. And they said this might be one of the withdrawal symptoms. Sigh.

Nope. It’s my brain. It’s just given up on me at this point. I’ll need to get on to something new once the current stuff is flushed from my system.
