The point I've been making is leftists in the US are useless and don't form orgs that are worthy of government resources or attention. It's an indictment against leftists. They're lazy, selfish, and don't do anything.

It increased for BLM. It did not increase for leftist groups as a whole. BLM isn't the only leftist org out there, and it's hardly an org so much as its a movement of different orgs, some of whom were ineffective while others were effective.
