Afeni Shakur… 8 months pregnant [with Tupac Shakur] at the time… cross-examined Ralph White... [He admitted it was undercover officers and he] who planned the bomb threat and attempted to incite violence among the Panthers… White said he found the Black Panthers work "beautiful and revolutionary."
Before the jury left to deliberate, Shakur said:
"Let history record you as a jury that would not kneel to the outrageous bidding of the state. Show us that we were not wrong in assuming that you would judge us fairly."
The jury's deliberation lasted less than half an hour… not guilty on all charges
