1) Trump is clearly making it up as he goes. There's no plan
2) He barely knows what's happening in his own administration
3) Posting something like this publicly speaks to the complete decision-making dysfunction that we also see in Signalgate
I find it amazing that the President of the United States tells us directly, pretty much every day, that he is out of the loop and other people are performing the duties of the presidency and the entire mainstream media is like "aw isn't he funny 🤗 that's our trumpy, what a kidder"
