- 40 years ago, the police bombed a neighborhood in Philadelphia from a helicopter and destroyed 61 homes.
- I took my iPad in for service because the screen got scratched. First, I’m a bit miffed that they sent me to a Best Buy. Second, this cat proceeded to try to open apps to “diagnose” without consent. He received a firm, but kind, public scolding.
- On 1/1/2026, the 2017 tax plan expires in the US. Many will pay more taxes. Perhaps 20% more in some cases. This might be a reason why the current government is trying to burn everything to the ground to come up with a way to pay for it. The grift has so many layers.
- Were y’all’s parents or grandparents saying “America is over” and “Democracy is dead” when Jim Crow was the law of the land just a few decades ago?
- My plan is working! I only want to give away ideas that make other people better versions of themselves.
- How are you all not boiling over with anger right now?
- I’m reading Bill Gates’ autobiography, and I’m constantly amazed by how people can shine when society doesn’t try to hold them back. How many brilliant minds and innovations did we lose because of skin color?
- Are we at the point in history where Germans didn’t want to help their Jewish neighbors because, “how bad could the ruling party be?”
