Maybe things are different in the States... it's not that unusual in the UK for ARCs to look this way. I certainly have no reason to lie about it, so I hope you are not implying that...

- In my experience it's not uncommon in proofs for the title to only be on the spine - not a new thing by any means. Of course this doesn't appy to the final versions.
