- So a fucking bus. Bc like shouldn’t we be advocating for flat fare PUBLIC TRANSIT that is subsidized by tax dollars and not private businesses that can change prices at will????? - People had to go out their way to stalk you. So the crash outs of today were small in comparison to then. It was an introverts paradise.
- It was nice. You could say you weren’t home and people had to believe you. You weren’t expected to answer the phone/ texts. You could return calls when you wanted to. You had to watch tv shows when they came on. It forced you to have real human interactions.

- Legit the only reason Black people were able to survive for as long as they have in this country
- And we absolutely are responsible for them, bc they become our healthcare providers, urban planners, city workers, people we actually depend on in society. Everyone has value regardless of their socio economic status.
