- And, fwiw, it's okay to be socially awkward if you realize that you are awkward because you are out of practice. Go outside, do some yard work or go get a cup of coffee, ask if you can pet someone's dog, get groceries and go to the checkout line with a human and just be polite and smile. PRACTICE!
- And keep practicing! Volunteer at your local food pantry or library, be polite and smile! Interact with other humans IRL! It gets easier and you get better at it.
