- It’s Disgusting that we have an “IMPOTENT” Congress! The Emoluments Clause of the U.S. Constitution prohibits anyone holding an "Office of Profit or Trust" under the U.S. government from accepting any "present, emolument, office, or title" from any foreign state without the consent of Congress.

A plainspoken New Yorker she’s known as a tough questioner who challenges lawyers who appear before the Supreme Court on their assumptions & the consequences of the legal positions they advocate. She stands as a stalwart in the pro-democracy camp.
