I feel like the GDC panel I was on this year — that talked about multiclassing in games and learning other pipelines than just your own — is huge in understanding this.
And to be clear — I think it’s important to break down success stories and share information with each other.
I think it’s HEALTHY to look into processes and see what we can learn as an industry from it.
