- 1. Your graph excludes the impact of dependents, which is large. 2. Comparing averages is irrelevant. Many EU and non-EU migrants are low-skilled and a fiscal drain. Simply not admitting these - which is totally in our power to do - would improve GDP per capita and the fiscal situation.
- That graph would seem to indicate that the 'UK Residents' are the real problem, contributing less than average and high wage migrant workers and there are a lot more of them.May 13, 2025 10:10
