- The great Mark Elias defeats the fascists in court every week. And yet, the fascists don’t change. Next week Mr. Elias will do it again. Will the next win stop the fascists? Liberals know a lot, but I can’t find one who’s wise. They respond to a fascist’s behavior, but they can’t prevent it.

- As a starting point from the present in which fascists advance while Democrats discuss, my observation is that fascists ignore the law, and the law has no means to stop the fascists. The law will not save us. I can conclude only that the response to the fascists must be illegal. Do you agree?
