- Finished Skin Deep! Enjoyed it a lot, both as a comedy and an immersive sim. The brushwork in the levels and the design of the ships were especially wonderful.
- I think what I'm impressed by the most though is how thoroughly involving it is as an immersive sim? Usually in most games of the genre, despite all of the systems I still end up playing them a lot like regular shooters.
- But in Skin Deep rarely do you have means of direct offensive, and none of your abilities upgrade over time. I was often put in mind of Thief games, in how I had to utilize every desperate tool at my disposal, leading to so many nail-biting and funny emergent situations!
