Bad news here, landlord decided to renovict us this year with only 23 days to vacate. Lawyer said it's legit; no recourse. This obviously is very short notice, but I am not here to cry or beg.

Update on this for those following. Stuff is all packed up and looked at some places today, think we found one but claws crossed. Here we go!
Fox and I signed a lease for new place today! We're lucky finding something so good and so fast, hard part done, now it's all logistics. What a relief though whewwww
