In the future, whenever some American denigrates the citizens of another country, the others can answer that they may have their faults, but at least they were never were stupid or corrupt enough to elect someone like Trump - let alone do it twice.
Trump wil lbe the shame of the USA for centuries. 200 years down the road, someone will say, "oh, we have never had the problems other have had", and someone is going to remind them of the Trump years. USA was never exceptional, but United Statians needed a good karmic reminder that it isn´t.
