I’m surprised that they are good I’ve read descriptions of them and was like wtf?! But if two people from Cali and New Mexico say they are good..then yeah
I think you just need to forget everything you know about a taco and just accept the french ones as their own little unique thing (and don't get the one with a ton of cheese on it)
