Mix meats w seasoning
Scoop mix into mold
Poke in stick
Roll in cornflakes (or panko because you ran out 😬)
Bake/Freeze!
Welp, on siesta from the shop until sundown, WAS going to fix the computer but need another part, so now it's spending a little time on the porch with a beer and then processing 25lbs of pork and beef into mock chicken.
