- We appear to be on course for a RUK majority on Lancashire CC.
- Early results suggest Lab are on course to do badly in County Durham overall, but they have gained Barnard Castle against the trend. Didn't see that coming.
- How it started How it's going
- Overnight results in Lincs - from Lincoln and the Parts of Holland - have RUK 30 Lab 3 LD 2 C 1 (one!!!1!). RUK only need 6 out of the remaining 34 seats for overall control.
- Reposted by Andrew TealeLabour's biggest issue is neither being too socially conserative or not socially conservative enough. It's cuts. People have had enough.
- Interesting early results from Broxbourne, which is probably the most right-wing part of Hertfordshire - the Conservative vote is normally weighed here. Rest of Herts CC will come in today.
