Accounts that exist solely or primarily to make repetitive, highly similar, often copy-pasted replies to posts about a single topic or closely related topics, to accounts they, in aggregate, have little or no existing connections to. "Highly similar" is a mostly-vibes, partly-objective definition.

Memes, "content" bots, and whatever other generative garbage caught in passing. Not necessarily "AI accounts".

Promoters of cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and genAI; people who knowingly and intentionally use AI-generated art or text on their accounts; AI-powered accounts.

Applied to accounts which engage in seemingly polite but disruptive "I wish to politely disagree" reply spam. These are often automated accounts using ChatGPT to cause disruption without appearing to be trolling.
