- Thank you for expanding on your thought. I would also request you read the full article. As I’m a professional social engineer - I absolutely agree with what you said as well. It’s a very real threat, and I have never diminished its efficacy.

- I’d love to learn more about why you feel this way.
- No one is really against you. They are just out for themselves. If you’re able to mirror someone. Label them effectively. And show curiosity, while building trust from a place of empathy… they will open up and tell you everything.
- Beyond thrilled that Jon is back as #ThePunisher Literally no one could have owned this role the way he did. His empathy is INSANE.

- I recently tested two retail locations. 1. Had a confident and tall person who was clearly in charge and comfortable with their position. 2. Had a more anxious and short person who was in charge but not as confident. Both were key holders, not managers. Who let us in, who sent us packing?
-
View full threadThis is the assumption most people make. When in fact confidence person was very sure of themselves and took our work order and then confidently confirmed it appeared legitimate and gave us access. 1/2
- It was the anxious person who received all the same information and had the same level of authority but who stuck to policy and denied access while looking mortified to challenge us and being extremely apologetic. They still were more scared of their manager. 2/2

- Very smart! Most people assume the short ball of anxiety would be a push over and the tall confident human would block us. And they would be wrong.

- All completely unrelated to if we were allowed to proceed as these were constants at both locations. But… Northern California Sunny Midday High volume retails sales, but not a big box store (can’t get more specific) Open 9am to 11pm roughly Stores are medium size retail but not anchor store

- Thanks for watching and for your feedback! I was puzzled at why I sounded so screamy and then realized that the mic is noise canceling the sounds of the conference around us but I felt like I had to shout over all the noise around us.

- Little OSINT challenge for you from yesterday. Large bus backing out of a hotel parking lot got stuck after it bottomed out on the road below and put the Christmas Parade in jeopardy of being delayed… luckily they managed to dislodge it about 40min before the start of the parade after 90min 🎄
