- ¡Muchísimas gracias por tus amables palabras, Luis! ¡Es un gusto conectar contigo por aquí!
- In the incredibly niche category of authorial homage poetry on John Rawls, John Koethe's poem (shown below) could certainly be considered the best—although, surprisingly, not the only one (see, e.g., storysouth.com/stories/ode-...). 😜 #philsky

- What a great initiative, Dana! Could you share your poem about Spinoza with me, if possible? No rush at all. Many thanks in advance! And yes, someone should definitely compile an anthology of poems about philosophers.

- I am delighted to see this paper, written with Ingrid Lamminpää e Amedeo Amedei, published in the European Journal of Immunology. This is also provocative, with the specific aim of sparking debate since many aspects need to be further explored and clarified. onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/...

- Thank you for your interest and for sharing the CfP, Daniel! We also welcome submissions by scientists and metascientists (or mixed co-authoring teams with philosophers), so please consider sending something if you have time!
- How do we judge whether a particular experiment is 'pursuitworthy'? What factors need to be considered? @ennofischer.bsky.social & I are receiving submissions exploring these & related questions for a topical collection in EJPS! - No problem! Skepticism is more than welcome! If you have any questions or comments after reading the paper, please let us know. We would love to hear practicing biologists' opinions on these issues.
- Hi, Jeffrey. In the paper we discuss several examples of population drift that are not the result of niche constructing activities (e.g., abiotic sudden hazards). Clarifying the distinct ways through which niche construction can affect drift is not equating the former with 'evolution' sensu lato. 1/
- Just as there are constructed and non-constructed sources of selective pressures, there are both constructed and non-constructed sources of drift. Making this point is very different from trivializing what niche construction means (so no, not every change in allele frequencies is the result of NC).
- Is niche construction (NC) just about selection? In our new #HPbio paper, we argue that NC can also influence drift by modulating pop. size & driftability (variance in possible reproductive outcomes). This link prompts a broader definition of NC 👇 link.springer.com/article/10.1... #philsci #evosky
