- What the President cannot do is interfere in specific cases but if he sees that the DOJ and FBI are not doing their jobs, he is required by law to step in. As in the Maralago docs case. Garland had the FBI execute a search warrant and you want me to believe that Garland didn't call Biden first?
- Then how do you think the Constitution in Art II § 3 could possibly hold the President responsible for "faithfully enforcing Federal Law" but not allow him to communicate with the tools that he, as the head of the Executive Branch, is to do just that! Read the Constitution, it's enlightening!

- The only person that could say that and make something happen is the VP JD Vance. The problem is that the Cabinet is required to agree and they are certifiable also! Then Congress would hear Trumps appeal. They are all there because the majority of the voters are certifiable too! Damn!
- Biden had the Constitutional responsibility to prosecute Trump for January 6th. It was Biden's decision, for whatever reason, not to do so. There is no one else to blame. The GOP nor Cannon had the power to stop Trumps prosecution and 4 years was adequate time! It was all Joe Biden, no one else!

- The Supreme Court, nor any other Court in this land can do anything about Trump. If they could, Abrego Garcia would be back in the US, USAID would be whole and thousands of Federal Employees would be working. I would say that Trump has likely had about enough of the Judiciary ... just observation!
- Trump was elected basically on being a successful businessman and our economy. He's declared business bankruptcy 6 times! Further, he borrowed money from 22 banks to buy a regional airline and it failed and he defaulted on all 22 loans. How is he thought of as successful?

- Fonzo, I don't see how the courts can! Check Politico on that. The courts can huff and puff but they have no enforcement mechanism. The courts orders, as we can all clearly see before us, are mere farts in the wind! Abrego Garcia, USAID, Fired Federal Workers, etc!
