- As someone who's written hundreds of jokes online (gives of them funny), I've been thinking about my inspiration as a comedy nerd. I was 12 watching reruns of 70's SNL catching maybe 30% of the jokes. My pick for biggest inspiration is Eddie Valiant. He plays straight guy to Roger Rabbit
