- I started playing around with making an NES game. It's so crazy to learn about the limitations you have to work with on real NES hardware. Every time you think you know how limited you are, you discover another limit! It's like interacting with history.

- I think this brings up something very interesting about the verification system: it isn't actually clear *what* is being verified. When it comes to custom handles, it's very clear what is being verified: your domain. And if the NYT gives out a sub-domain, it's obvious what it means: affiliation.
