- 80% is still effectively an embargo and devastating economically, but I'm sure wall street will treat it like some kind of massive win.
- UK also is a bit more fascism-curious, at least compared to the rest of western Europe. India, UK, Israel, and maybe a handful of other countries on expected to "negotiate" pretty quickly. But this is even worse than I thought.
