- Jesus... the racism is just right there... overt, unashamed, and vile.
- America is now an encompassing proof aiming to confirm, via data, that the political left has always known more about industry, innovation and what’s essential to American independence, individualism and ingenuity than the right—and that the right knows only how to use government to cheat and steal.
- At least since Reagan, it’s been possible to track every supposed right-wing “philosophy” to its origin: an attempt to enrich the business, religious, and political leaders who created the philosophy. There’s no evidence whatsoever of vision or a public-service intent. Now we’ll see what that costs.
- He embarrassed himself—and all of us—and got _nothing_ in return. And we’re _still_ going to experience shortages and price increases this summer. To which CNN has now responded by... ...praising this asshole and his whole political team. I would say “unbelievable,” but it’s all too believable.
- The world needs more of this and less of most other things
- One thing I’ve often commented on on social media is that there’s actually only a very small cadre of people Trump can rely on—as he seeks out (and can work with) only the most corrupt, unscrupulous, venal, disreputable folks to do his bidding. It’s no surprise he needs his lawyer to do double-duty.
- One reason Trump (and Musk) began attacking DEI initiatives—besides the racism; racism is always key, well that and political opportunism—is the Every Accusation Is a Confession maxim: the world Trump inhabits is small (as he requires evil henchmen to function) so he hates legitimate hiring praxes.

- So is American major media just going to pretend that Donald Trump and his venal band of brigands didn't just spend the last five years of this space-time continuum daily accusing Joe Biden of taking bribes from a foreign country—something Trump just PUBLICLY did to the tune of $400 MILLION DOLLARS?
- This is the weirdest public acknowledgment by a President of the United States that he is in the midst of committing an impeachable offense I have ever seen, though of course we can only compare it to all the other times Donald Trump publicly admitted to an impeachable offense
