- Assuming we are actually really only talking about small countries in the north - then OK. Otherwise not so much. Lead as in pointing out the right direction - yes. Without a doubt. Lead as in being economic giants, nope. But enough premature speculation. Time to read the text! 😁
- I don't believe that this will lead to an increase in power for the smaller states. May be the case in short term, but once everything has settled down, it is inevitable that Germany will take the lead (together with France) due to its size, economic power, demography and military capabilities.
