They've arranged a double date with Ian Chesterton and David Keel. When they arrive, looking absolutely dynamite, Ian's jaw drops open. Keel reaches over, pushes his mouth closed. Murmurs - "I fear not even a syringe full of Witch-Hazel will get us out of this one..."
Interesting to note that the last Newman 'Avengers' series has the same roster of leading characters as original Dr Who: the older man with "some character touch" & the resourceful older woman & the square-jawed reluctant hero & the "kid who makes mistakes and gets into trouble."
