The right is trying to redefine “due process” into something nefarious to be purged from the system as they did DEI and critical race theory before this. All on the way to trying to rewrite the Constitution itself.
If we can’t have Due Process, they should lose their Qualified Immunity.
Those two things are not even close to being equivalent in importance.
You’re missing the point.
People want to call it “kidnapping”. It’s not. It’s extraordinary rendition to known death camps.
If they can’t or won’t prove they’re cops, then people have a reasonable expectation to defend themselves and their community from sex and labor traffickers.
