We did a Jewish/Scottish mashup: groom's party in full formal kilt, bride in white silk & green velvet, maids in black. I wrote the whole ceremony, w/elements of the BoCP, trad Jewish, & us. Friend dressed as medieval scholar read poetry. Venue: a forest glade. Party: our backyard. Glorious.
