- Today, I joined a group of friends for a crazy hike up to Silver Lake in the snow. It took us 7 hours and 30 minutes to cover 10 miles, climbing 2,560 feet from our starting point. We even witnessed two avalanches near the top—live to fight another day ✌️🏾
